FAQ

How long does it take to recieve my gallery?

For standard sessions, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your online gallery.

Wedding galleries are usually delivered within 4-8 weeks.

Is a deposit required  To secure a session?

Yes! Sessions take a lot of preparation & planning. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a booked session — your date is not reserved until it has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Do you travel Outside of your coverage area?

I do! Travel is included for sessions within my coverage area (Sturgeon Falls & North Bay). Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance, accommodations, and timing. All details will be outlined before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

I completely understand that unexpected situations can come up. While deposits are non-refundable, I always do my best to accommodate a reschedule if possible, depending on availability. Each session requires thoughtful planning and preparation, so  I require at least a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

What happens in the event of bad weather  on our session day?

I'm constantly checking the forecast, but if the weather isn’t ideal (heavy rain, strong winds) we can always reschedule to a new date that works for you. HOWEVER, a little rain can add a beautiful, moody feel - something we can always lean into!
